Ryan invites you to spend a day with him at the fantastic Hodsock Priory

This one day workshop will leave you buzzing with ideas as he takes you though the wedding photography business and gives you a great opportunity to shoot with a Bride and Groom in stunning surroundings with daylight and when the sun goes down.

The subjects that are going to be covered are:

The business of Weddings, from booking to up selling. All my products will be on hand and I will be showing you how to use them to generate further sales.

Developing your brand, image and reputation.

Selection your client base and going through how your website can attract the type of Weddings you really want to shoot.

How to price yourself and your services. I will be taking you through pricing and be talking about how we have smashed through the recession. 2012 has been a great year for my business, shooting some really amazing weddings and without lowering our pricing. I will be taking you through how we have managed it and how you can do the same.

The business side of this workshop will leave you buzzing with ideas on how you can really take your business to the next level.

Photographing Weddings

I will be taking you through how I capture some really great moments and how to position yourself to get the best out of the scene in front of you.

As this workshop is in the month of November I will be taking you through the different kinds of lighting that we can use to create stunning images what ever the weather, we will be using our surroundings with the aid of video light, reflectors and off camera flash.

This workshop will set you up for the dark months ahead, giving you some great tips on photographing your Winter Weddings.

Testimonials from previous course delegates.

“Hi Ryan, I just want to thank you for giving up your valuable time to tutor at the workshop I came to. You taught so calmly and confidently, showing those of us attending how you run your Photographic Business and the practical side was brilliant! I would highly recommend any photographer to learn from Top Photographers, such as yourself… As we are all different but can always come away with something we have learned. I had a great time, and got some amazing images under your guidance. Thank you so much! I found you so easy to approach with questions, and you so willingly gave answers! I wish you all the best in your Photography as a whole, and sincerely hope other Photographers take up the amazing opportunity to spend a day with such a great Photographer.

“Hi Ryan,
I found the course that you taught interesting and very practical. The photoshoot was very helpful in showing to take great shots under time constraints and how to identify photo opportunities. The business and marketing information that you shared was invaluable and has been very beneficial to me in starting up my own business. I would recommend your workshop to anyone who is thinking of going into wedding photography.”
