Master Photographer of the Year 2011 is the title I came away with after last nights Yorkshire region print awards. Picking up five awards in total and the overall title of Photographer of the Year 2011, which is a great achievement. Winning two of the categories, picking up a highly commended ( 2nd place ) image and having two further images receive an award of commendation (3rd place). The awards are always well attended with over 300 entries in total. Below are my 2011 winning images.

These images really convey and bring out a great deal of personality from the people within them! I also like the outcome of the baby photo in the beginning too!
