Highclere Castle is an amazing venue for your winter wedding photography. This beautiful backdrop set in the heart of the Berkshire countryside is perfect for castle weddings at any time of year. This venue is the backdrop for the ITV’s tv series Downton Abbey. New Year’s Eve I travelled down to berkshire for the wedding of Yukiko and Alex. They had booked me for a full days coverage of their day a full 16 hours. On the morning of New Years day I had a good look round the venue before meeting up with Yukiko who was getting ready in one of the grand rooms of the Castle. As the wedding was late on in the day we had decided to shoot the portraits prior to the service to make the best use of the light. Alex had made his way up to the castle to meet with Yukiko, this was an amazing moment when they first saw each other. We then did some quick portraits both inside and out which took minutes. I then headed over to the The Church of The Ascension which was set in the small village of Burghclere which was just down the road. After the service we headed back up the road to Highclere where we spent the rest of the day, which was very relaxed. Fireworks were put on later in the evening followed by lots of dancing. Below are some images of the day.
Tatton Park wedding show is the biggest wedding show in the north of England, each exhibitor has been chosen for the high standard of work they produce in their given trade. I have been displaying my work at this show now for 4 years of which we have booked lots of great weddings. This year our work is even better with lots of new albums from last years amazing weddings. We will be at the show all weekend on stand 310 if you are getting married and fancy a quality day out. I look forward to seeing you and hearing about your big day.
Thornton Manor wedding photography is provided by Ryan Browne at any time of year. This fantastic wedding venue is a great place to host your wedding. Rachel and Billy had a great day, the snow was still on the ground from the previous couple of days and we still managed to get outside to grab a few shots. Below are a few images of their day.
Peckforton Castle winter weddings are fantastic to photograph. Beckie and Gary had invited me over for their Peckforton Castle wedding and we had an amazing day. With snow on the ground and well below freezing Beckie and Gary braved the elements to make the most of their big day. Below are some images from their day.
